Description
An early morning's view of a painterly group of columbine (aquilegia) that have made themselves at home in our meadow. From the palest pinks to the deep purples, new varieties seem to appear every spring all by themselves. And I can't get enough of admiring the color palatte, their soft and sensuous forms and intricate structures, and taking their pictures at all hours of the day.

Andrea Lazar replied:
Funny you should say that, Danielly, because it was a game of patience for me waiting for the breeze to ease up a bit so I could get this shot!
