She cautiously stepped into the sunlight, coyly sitting on the arm of her companion. With not a trace of her salmon-colored feathers showing, she gave no hint of the drama she is capable of displaying. The largest of all white cockatoos, she keeps her retractable crest hidden and raises it whenever she really wants to make a statement. And when a Moluccan cockatoo gets really excited, she puts on a spectacular show and gives new meaning to the term 'drama queen.'
About Andrea Lazar
I create portraits of my subjects. Flowers, birds, animals, people, objects, whatever catches my eye, my focus is purely on the subject, caught in space and time as clearly as possible, to be studied, admired, celebrated, remembered.
